RSS' collaborative approach has yielded successful implementations. An enabling component of a customer's overall success is the seamless transition from a well-executed implementation project, driven by RSS Consulting Services, to an application support environment coordinated by RSS Support Services. The objective of Support Services is to guide the customer toward self-sufficiency in using their Alliant software. To this end, the Support Services team offers an array of services that are a cost effective and disciplined way for customers to maximize the operational and business benefits from their Alliant product:

  • Train the customer with product documentation and formal learning programs offered both on- and off-site;
  • Respond to the customer's operational support needs through telephone and online methods; and

While RSS' products are designed to be highly configurable and highly functional without software code modifications for most implementations, the company has an experienced software development staff responsible for any required core software development. The staff primarily executes on RSS' product roadmap with a clearly defined version schedule. This roadmap is defined by a combination of customer requested requirements and market driven enhancements that are reviewed and prioritized by the RSS Product Steering Committee.
