Electronic Arts Expands its Use of Real Software Systems' Alliant Solution to Support its Worldwide Royalty Contract Management and Accounting Operations

REAL Software Systems, LLC (RSS) and Electronic Arts (EA) have successfully expanded EA's use of Alliant, the most comprehensive contract management and accounting solution for deal types such as rights, royalties, profit participations, revenue sharing, residuals, bounties and commissions.

Based on the successful deployment of Alliant to manage its U.S. operations, EA decided to use Alliant to manage its worldwide operations in Europe and Asia. Alliant replaced a vendor-based software product used by EA's European operations and an in-house solution used by EA's Asian operations.

The many benefits of platform standardization include the ability for EA to use Alliant's sophisticated currency management capabilities to manage over 25 currencies related to their contractual obligations, greater enterprise-wide information insight, and greater partner management acumen.
