Team members are responsible for executing on the company's market development
strategy, including development and coordination of market research, market
segmentation, account planning, account development and the resulting lead
qualification. Activities will include telesales, written correspondence, site
visits, product demonstrations, and RFP generation. This role involves moderate
travel.
sales
Team members are responsible for coordinating the closure of new business based
on leads qualified by Marketing and assigned by Sales Management. You will be
expected to drive the sales cycle from lead qualification to close and provide
high caliber transitions to our Consulting team. Activities include telesales,
written correspondence, frequent prospect visits, product demonstrations,
proposal generation, and contract negotiation. This role involves frequent
travel.
project consulting
Team members are responsible for managing our projects though completion.
Responsibilities include project timeline management, resource management,
customer relationship management, detailed requirements gathering, use testing,
and go-live support. This role involves moderate travel.
technical consulting
Team members are responsible for detailed requirements gathering, requirements
documentation, software configuration, use testing, and go-live support.
Technical Consultants utilize our configuration tools to implement customer
business rules for go-live and in future phases. An understanding of data
modeling and proven ability to solve complex analytical problems is required.
This role is rewarding to those with a love of the fundamentals of software
engineering, as well as the excitement of customer-focused projects. This role
involves occasional travel.
customer support
Team members are responsible for managing customer success through support,
training and advancement activities. Responsibilities include problem
resolution, customer relationship management, and quality assurance assistance.
This role involves occasional travel.
quality assurance
Team members are responsible for the quality assurance of development projects.
Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, designing
automated tests/processes and tracking test results. This role does not involve
travel.
software engineering
Team members are responsible for analyzing product requirements and assisting in
the design and implementation of solutions. This is a position for a highly
analytical person with a proven educational or professional background in
software engineering. Team members utilize PowerBuilder within the framework of
an established class library and development standard. Responsibilities include
analysis of requirements, formulation of designs and software development. This
role does not involve travel.
database administration
Team members are responsible for administering databases for various projects
using Microsoft SQL Server, Windows 2000, and PowerBuilder. Responsibilities
include database administration, maintenance, and development of stored
procedures and triggers to support our software development efforts. This role
involves occasional travel.
